Alfred T. Mandt

Alfred T. Mandt, 86, of Urbandale, IA, passed away of natural causes on January 2, 2015.

Al worked for the Bell System in Waterloo while living in Cedar Falls, and was then transferred to Des Moines in 1974, where he completed his forty years with the company.

Marcy retired from U S WEST in 1997 and was a Metro Life Member Pioneer.

Donald Lee Lindquist

Donald Lee Lindquist, age 81, Thief River Falls & Park Rapids, MN, passed away December 25, 2014.

Don started his career with Northwestern Bell in St. Paul.   He moved to Thief River Falls in 1969 as the Regional Manager, and in 1975 moved to Park Rapids as the District Manager for the phone company until his retirement in 1990.

Gordon A. Moritz

Gordon A. Moritz, of Norfolk, Nebraska, died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014

Gordon started working with Northwestern Bell in 1940 on the traveling construction crew.   In 1942 he enlisted in the Army Air Corps and served 3½ years.   After his discharge, he returned to work as a installer/repairman in Rapid City, S.D.   Three years later, he was transferred to Norfolk and continued working for Northwestern Bell until re retired in 1981 with over 40 years of service.

Loel F. Bertrand

Loel F. Bertrand, age 93, of New Hope, MN, and formerly of Buffalo, passed away December 24, 2014

Loel was a Chief Engineer at Northwestern Bell for many years
